There are very comfortable sofa-beds, comfy chairs, a large television with dvd player, broadband and a selection of books and board games in this large open plan living room. The kitchen is well-equipped with integrated fridge-freezer and dishwasher and the dining area overlooks the pond, where the ducks and moorhens spend their lazy days.

This spacious bedroom offers the choice of a super-king or twin beds for your comfort, the high-pitched beams and exposed stonework give a feeling of real rustic charm. The warm carpeted floor leads to the cosy en-suite shower.

The Hayloft

The Hayloft

From the living room there are steep paddle stairs leading to the Hayloft, which has a wealth of character. The Hayloft is suitable for older children and adults, and the beds can be arranged as either twins or double. There is a separate bathroom with dual-heated towel-rail.
